Frequently asked questions
Can't find your question? Just call or email us.
Do we need to speak Dutch?
No. The puzzles are designed so language plays no role, and all signs and instructions are in Dutch, French and English.
Is there a minimum age?
You don't have to be 18. Players under 14 play with at least one adult; for Prison Break, that applies under 16.
Someone wants to join last minute!
No problem, as long as you don't exceed the room's maximum number of players.
When should we arrive?
Arrive 10 minutes before your start time for the briefing. Arriving late means losing play time.
Can we cancel or change our booking?
Free of charge up to 1 week in advance. Within the week we charge 50%. Less than 2 days in advance or a no-show: the full price.
How do I get out in an emergency?
Every room has an emergency key behind glass or an emergency button, the door can always be opened from outside and our game masters watch every game on camera.
How do I book?
Pick your room and click "Book this room". The calendar shows the open time slots right away. Fill in your details and confirm.
Coming with a big group?
For groups of 8 or more we can open outside regular hours, or start several rooms at the same time. Get in touch.
Do I need to prepare?
No preparation or dress code needed. Some good thinking and teamwork will get you a long way!
Can we eat or drink on site?
We don't serve food or drinks ourselves, but at both locations we offer a great-value menu at a restaurant nearby. Just ask us by email.
Can I take my phone into the room?
No, smartphones, tablets and cameras stay outside. You can store your belongings in a free locker.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, all our rooms are air-conditioned. Fresh air is crucial for a good thinking process!
Are the rooms accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Not all rooms are accessible for people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users. Get in touch and we will look at what is possible together.
Where can I park?
In Leuven we recommend the car park below the Ladeuzeplein (enter via Blijde Inkomststraat). In Hasselt, Astrid or Molenpoort car park is your best bet.
